You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform, including client and case information. By using the Services, you grant Lexopulus permission to process and store this data solely to provide and improve the Services.

We do not sell or use your client data for advertising purposes.

Lexopulus may integrate with third-party tools such as cloud storage providers or practice management platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by Lexopulus are owned by or licensed to Firm Data, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features as part of ongoing improvements.

8. Termination
